Returns & Refunds
I hope you will be thrilled with the photos you purchase from me but in the event that you aren’t, returns are accepted for up to 30 days from delivery. The art needs to be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packing if possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and will process your refund. It may take several days for the refund to show up in your account.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the art, however your original shipping costs at the time of purchase will be refunded.

For larger or framed art with a higher value I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and won’t be responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged Art
For art that arrives damaged I will replace it with the same item as originally purchased. Please take photos of the damage and send those to me for verification. Depending on the extent of the damage I may ask you to return the art to me in which case I will pay for the return shipping.
